Changelog

What's new in Rep, release by release. We ship roughly every two weeks.

Version 1.0.2

July 2026

New

  • Import your workout history from Hevy or Strong, on top of existing Fitbod support
  • Recovery suggestions now account for specific muscle heads (chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps), not just the muscle group as a whole
  • The plate calculator now uses the actual plates you've told it your Workout Space owns
  • Android push notifications now work

Fixed

  • Sleep, resting heart rate, and HRV could get stuck showing old readings instead of your latest data
  • Personal record trophies could disappear if you left a session and came back
  • Personal records are now compared correctly whether you log in kg or lbs
  • Several keyboard overlap issues across settings and other screens
  • Exercise search now ignores extra spaces ("push down" now matches "Pushdown")

Security & stability

  • Tightened up permissions around notifications and blocked-user data
  • General backend hardening and stability improvements
